Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

1. Service

Permit Central Twin Cities (“the Service”) is operated by Agency B LLC (“Agency B”, “we”, “us”), agency-b.com. The Service aggregates publicly available building-permit records published by the City of Minneapolis and the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, tags them for downstream trades, and delivers a daily email digest and a filterable dashboard to subscribing contractors.

2. Public-Records Data Disclaimer

All permit data shown by the Service originates from official municipal open-data feeds (the City of Minneapolis CCS Permits ArcGIS FeatureServer and the City of Saint Paul Approved Building Permits feed). This data is public record and is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Municipal records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and the city feeds themselves may lag (for example, the Saint Paul feed has not been refreshed by the city since July 2025). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any permit record. You should always verify any permit details against the official city record before acting on it.

3. Accounts & Sign-Up

To access the Service you provide your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, target trades, and target ZIP codes. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Full access to the Service is $99.00 USD per month. Your first day’s permit list is provided free of charge and without a credit card. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a simple, no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of starting your paid subscription, email contact@twincitiespermits.com and we will issue a full refund of your subscription payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s compiled permit lists or trade tags in bulk; (b) use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law; or (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its data sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
