We use your information to (a) build and deliver your daily 7:00 AM Central permit digest matched to your trades and ZIP codes; (b) operate your dashboard and filters; (c) manage your subscription and billing; (d) provide customer support; and (e) improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Public-Records Source Data

The permit records displayed by the Service are public records obtained from official municipal open-data feeds. We strip phone numbers and personal contact details from permit descriptions before displaying them. However, because the source data is public record, some property-owner names or addresses may appear. We display this data solely to help contractors identify potential project opportunities, and we encourage you to verify any record against the official city source before outreach.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to operate the Service (such as our CRM, email delivery, and payment providers) and where required by law. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and to use it only to provide services to us.

You can update your trades, ZIP codes, or contact details from your dashboard, cancel your subscription at any time, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from the daily digest by cancelling your subscription.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
